Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren is not panicking over his side’s recent dip in form, as he urges his team-mates to trust in Jurgen Klopp’s advice.
The Reds have claimed only one point from their past two games as they suffered a 4-3 loss at Bournemouth before drawing with West Ham on Sunday as their recent good form was checked.
But rather than making widescale changes to arrest this dip in form, Lovren believes that Liverpool must trust in the progress they have made earlier this season and not throw the baby out of the bathwater.
“We showed in training sessions that everybody is hungry to get back to the top,” he told Premier League Productions.

“Everything went well and then [we stumbled] but, like the manager said, we can’t forget what we’d done before these games.
“We need to still keep playing our game and doing the same things but with a little bit more, I would say, respect to the end.”
The Reds travel to Middlesbrough tonight gunning for their first win in three Premier League games as they look to ensure that the six-point gap between them and leaders Chelsea is not extended further.
